On the recent increase in international trade and cross-border transactions, it became necessary for any person(or company) who wish to make agreements to seek legal expert’s assistance to prevent from being engaged in legal disputes. Our service includes (but is not limited to) drafting and revising the agreements on partnership, consulting, purchase/lease of real estate, investment, shipping and distribution, and securing client’s legally advantageous position. An Expert team of Law firm DIRECTION also provide with legal counselling on the laws in relation to the agreement in order to minimize potential legal risks. We review agreements written in English and/or Korean.
